Artusi (designed by Antonio Citterio 1999), in its main free-standing version, is still today the perfect synthesis of design, ergonomics and function. Created after the success of Italia (designed by Antonio Citterio 1988), the first kitchen to take professional catering criteria into the home kitchen, the essentiality and compactness of Artusi takes credit for what is perhaps the best example of professional cuisine, thought up and translated into the home setting.
The presentation of the Artusi Outdoor Kitchen confirms that Arclinea can meet any kitchen design need.

During the 2012 Milan Furniture Show this new Arclinea project – from the Arclinea Collection, design Antonio Citterio - was for the first time on display in the new Arclinea Flagship Store in Corso Monforte 28.

Artusi Outdoor has worktop and doors in stainless steel AISI 316; all the surfaces are finished with stainless steel to provide high resistance, durability and hygiene.
The recessed handle, “Italia”, is an exclusive Arclinea patent.

The doors - 4 cm thick – have an internal isolating foam and magnetic seal to avoid water and insect intrusion. The carcass - in Okoumé marine plywood - is perfect for outdoor areas and offers a good thermic isolation. The integrated barbeque is available on demand in different sizes and combinations.

A thermic storage for food and beverage with internal deep drawers to maintain the food/beverage temperature, an Arclinea faucet in stainless steel and a gas bottle container with secure venting complete this new project by Arclinea
