All the pieces in my first commercial collection are inspired by the leaves of the Ginkgo Biloba. This ancient tree has thrived throughout history and is a potent symbol of vitality and longevity.
The Ginkgo Collection taps into the principles of living nature and the life-sustaining relationship between sun and tree. Each individually-crafted porcelain leaf is positioned exactly, to capture and reflect light in a particular way, mirroring the dynamic harmony nature itself creates.
In using natural moss and flower backdrops, our aim is to weave together the dream-like quality of the natural world with the handcrafted. Magical and elemental, this combination perfectly conveys the collection’s vision: to illuminate and help space blossom, with energy and serenity.
The collection comprises both chandeliers and bespoke installations. Bespoke pieces tend to be larger and are completely unique, specifically tailored to work in a particular space.
The labelling of all pieces reflects their place in the collection, followed by the number of porcelain leaves they hold.
