Process
Based on innovative and experienced techniques of surface modification in different reactive atmospheres, our surprising PVD production process softly adds titanium nanoparticles in each of our products.

Molecules of titanium are vaporized from a solid source, transported in vapor pashe in a gaseous atmosphere at low pressure and, finally, are condensed on a surface to form the coating.

Our surface coatings are produced using the process of cathodic arc evaporation, which generate an electrical arc with high current and low voltage to erode a solid cathode electrode. The arc moves over the cathode generating localized heating and vaporization of atoms. These atoms pass through an electronic tag which is ionized. The ceramic tiles to be coated are negatively polarized, thus attracting the ions generated, resulting in the formation of the coating on the ceramic tile surface.

Materials are generated with high performance, great functionality and high added value, providing new solutions and technological advantages, plus high resistance to wear and corrosion.
