CORE BUSINESS:
design, engineering, manufacturing and implementation of custom-made projects supported by our own system of aluminum profiles and decorative sheets, aiming at the professional market in shopfitting, displays, standbuilding, event-building, museum exhibitions and signposting.

HISTORY:
1989: Date of birth. Production of profiles for both design constructions and lighting systems.
1995: production of lighting profiles was switched to the mother company, Modular Lighting Instruments.
1997: Fractal becomes independent from Modular. Fractal derives its name from a fractal, i.e. a random computer drawing based on mathematical formulas resulting in endless unpredictable forms. As such, from the beginning, the range grew from own concepts and suggestions from architects. Concepts are always aimed at solving problems.
Being trendsetters in the world of design, Modular / Fractal wanted a stand with aesthetic appearance, and ended up creating the now famous perforated profile called Fractal.
At popular demand of architects and designers, Fractal continued to manufacture and sell new profiles. Since then Fractal has never stopped developing original designer materials.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
Growth over the past ten years has been explosive:
- Originally, the company started operating exclusively in the Belgian market.
- Nowadays 70% of our turnover comes from abroad.
- Fractal can be considered an internationally oriented company, and is a trendsetter in the interior decoration design field.
- Greatest assets: originality, flexibility and ability to constantly develop and produce new designs

FRACTAL PRODUCTS ARE AIMED AT:
Architects, interior architects, designers, shop-fitters, stand-builders, and event-builders. Own designers are creating all products in-house. Although the standard range of profiles and sheets is extensive, the main competence is to design and manufacture custom made references for the Fractal customers.
