Armand Grüntuch and Almut Grüntuch-Ernst
The practice Grüntuch Ernst Architects was founded in 1991 by Armand Grüntuch and Almut Grüntuch-Ernst in Berlin. With around 40 employees, the office covers the entire spectrum of architectural plans from urban master planning to the realization of complex building projects. Their work includes residential and office buildings, public infrastructures, hotels and educational institutions, as well as special assignments such as the conception and design of the German contribution to the 2006 Architecture Biennale in Venice. Their buildings contribute to the sustainable transformation, diversification and densification of urban realm. The high quality of their projects has led to numerous national and international awards.
The work of Grüntuch Ernst Architects relies on traditional architectural values and is combined with innovations to meet the future challenges of our changing living and working conditions.
