Introducing Savo
Savo office chairs are designed and marketed to the private and public sectors domestically and internationally. We put all our knowledge and energy in developing office chairs, and leading designers and physiotherapists are part of the design team. We take pride in being one of the best in quality and functionality.
Savo is known for its trendsetting sitting concept Savo Floating Tilt®, perhaps making the Savo chairs the most advanced ergonomic chairs world wide.
Good in ergonomy is, however, not enough. The aesthetic is just as important for the total wellbeing. Our ambition is therefore to be leading in both ergonomy and design. Savo has received the Norwegian Design Award for several models.

Ergonomics
Savo Floating Tilt®
The human body is always striving for movement. A sitting position is limiting our opportunities to fulfill that need. With this in mind we developed a new and multi-dynamic sitting concept, Savo Floating Tilt®. The result is a unique experience of freedom and well-being throughout a long day spent in the office chair.
With the Savo Floating Tilt® the seat and back move independently of each other. Independent movement of the seat and back, combined with the balance seat, allows the body to be supported and the muscles to remain active. At the same time the necessary support for any sitting position is provided and your feet may be kept on the floor even while leaning back. Therefore you avoid pressure under your thighs and it feels like a natural position. Scientific studies have concluded that our philosophy, describing the Savo sitting concept, is the closest you get to natural movement.

SAVO and the Environment
Climate changes caused by man are one of the greatest challenges of our age. SAVO recognises this and actively participates, on a voluntary basis, to help save our common environment.

There is a growing awareness that the products we buy have an affect upon the environment. More and more people actively choose the most eco-friendly alternative, provided that quality and function are guaranteed. At SAVO we believe it is important that you have that option.

The environmental aspect is nothing new to us at SAVO. We have worked on environmental issues for a long time, aiming to reduce our impact on the environment and increase awareness among our co-workers.

As part of our measures, we have an eco-friendly model for product development. The goal is to examine the entire process focusing on the environmental influence, from the selection of raw materials and manufacture, to usage and recycling. We also believe that investing in projects for climate compensation can play a part in overall measures to achieve climate neutrality.

There is no project deadline for our environmental work; there is no finishing line to cross. We all have to work towards easing the environmental load on our planet.

Savo lifetime warranty
Savo gives lifelong warranty for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover fair wear and tear. The warranty covers parts, not working cost. Savo does not give warranty on customer’s own or provided material.
