And so, a mill becomes the center of a unique project in the heart of the splendid Black Forest. Geroldsauer is the largest white spruce building in the Baden-Baden region and it is made up of a modern style cozy inn with open fireplaces and a pub in the adjacent garden.
“Authentic from the Black Forest” is the motto of the Geroldsauer mill, a unique project in the heart of the splendid Black Forest. In addition to the market with regional and seasonal dishes, the project includes meeting halls and spaces for events and parties, its own bakery for bread, a high quality butcher and a cuisine section with primarily its own production. With total floorspace of more than 2,500 m², visitors are provided with an atmosphere of total wellness accompanied by the hospitality of Baden, including regional specialties and a select range of products prepared traditionally, framed by the charm of nature. In fact, the building is nestled in a continuum with the natural spaces that create splendid scenery for guests.
“The quality of the products is conveyed throughout the entire design, capable of conveying solidity, tradition and consistency. This is why the analysis and planning phase proved to be fundamental for managing every aspect of the project.“
