This arts district loft building was begging for a remodel to bring it up to date with the rapidly developing downtown Houston neighborhood. All Black Everything was our motto with accent walls punched up by mirrored accents, edgy neon signage, and Italian light fixtures. The public spaces are tied together with flashes of neon pink and unusual modern furnishings. Zebra prints makes a strong statement in the party room along with mod geometric furnishings.
