Ooh La Laa is a modern-day salad, sandwich and drinks bar and one of the latest introductions to department store Stockmann’s lively food hall. The aim of the interior concept is juxtaposition – the focus on fresh and crisp green meals is emphasized by the interior’s pale pink backdrop. Combinations such as solid, monolithic counters and reflective furniture and surfaces create a contrast between the cheerful, all-natural and fresh menu. It’s all about breaking boundaries and offering customers a surprising oasis within a busy department store setting.
