ABD architects designed the Huawei’s new offices in Moscow, Russia. The design concept was mainly inspired by the location and styled in a manner as to reflect its cultural nuances, plus stand out from the brand’s international branches.
The interiors are intensely modern with urban highlights. From the ‘stone pavement’ like flooring to streets depicted on walls, the inspiration of the design is hard to miss. The monochrome colour palette is carried throughout, with wood veneer furniture and wall finishes, as well as wooden ceilings in the CEO’s offices. The brand’s colour, red, has been used to highlight various areas, and the subsequent location of the meeting rooms in a row is reminiscent of train compartments. ABD architects placed them in the ‘transit’ zone, allowing maximum use of the space.
