SCIC ONE LIVING: REFINEMENT AND LUXURY IN THE SUGGESTIVE CASCAIS.

From the park of the old Plaza de Touros in Cascais in Portugal, was born ONE Living, the new project conceived by Teixeira Duarte.

ONE Living is located in one of the most exclusive areas of the charming village of Cascais and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean.

The project, which is signed by renowned architects of the region, including Federico Valvassina, is a symbol of a new lifestyle: 84 residential units, green spaces, private pools, double walk-ups are just some of the details that make this design extraordinary, carefully designed to convey to its residents the feeling of living in a single-family villa.

ONE Living has developed four concepts for four different lifestyles:

The rooftop penthouses enjoy multiple exclusive areas in which to live and socialize, as well as spectacular views of the sea or the bay;
The Sky Villas offer the comforts of a home with the security of an apartment and have been designed for those who need larger spaces;
The Urban Residences are designed for those who appreciate the cosmopolitan approach and a contemporary lifestyle;
The Gardens Villas are houses with private gardens and the facade has wooden slats, which protect the environment and provide shade, privacy and comfort.
The Mediterraneum kitchens for the 84 apartments, made by SCIC, are designed to take full advantage of the entire space of the living area with columns that touch the ceiling and sometimes reach 2.88 meters high.
