Design principle:
Prized and timeless materials are fashioned along modern design lines to update and enrich a valuable period residence.

The extensive refurbishment of this Belgravia home was guided by the client's desire for a modern, masculine design. The lines of the house were modernised by extending the house out onto a minimalist garden and specifying bespoke joinery throughout the interior. A bold geometry of form in the furniture was softened with a muted colour palette. Carefully sourced works of art, including sculpture and photography weave the final strand through this cohesive design scheme. The resulting sense of space, light and quiet grandeur is in keeping with this impressive period gem.
