Fluid space
The canteen in Siegburg’s administrative offices from the 1970s was designed to be brighter and more inviting as part of fire safety modernisation by the architecture firm Lepel & Lepel. The interior design concept reinterprets the building’s 1970s charm.
Special attention is paid to the lighting concept, which accentuates the idea of the fluid ceiling in the form of lines of light leading to the façade. The room’s minimalist colour scheme and materials with light, cool colours is complemented by warm shades in the lounge area, light woods and Scandinavian design style furniture. The MORPH BAR oak bar chair goes perfectly with this concept.
The contemporary design with high quality and sustainable materials creates a modern and friendly atmosphere for users of the canteen. The guest room can be used flexibly for the daily restaurant business and as an event hall for business meetings and cultural events.
