A rare “Harp” or “String" chair, designed by Jorgen Hovelskov, 1968, for Christensen & Larsen/Denmark, polished cherry, flag line, height 127 cm, depth 117 cm, width 104 cm, height of seat 40 cm. The curved shapes of the legs are reminiscent of Viking boats. These and the tightened ropes provide this chair with an impressive sculptural quality.
