ONE DAY IN THE MANUFACTURE
Our specialization are massive brass products in small and medium sized series using advanced technology, but also with a large proportion of manual work to maintain high quality products with continuous control and supervision of M&T workers. We achieve high quality finish on robotic and manual workplaces for a perfectly smooth surface of products.
The final plating provides an automatic galvanic line with a process controlled at the exact desired layer. Mechanics assembly and completion of the whole fitting is performed manually to ensure maximum quality. Simultaneously we produce stainless steel products with the final surface either brushed, polished or black matt and several custom-PVD titanium surfaces & colours.

HANDLE STORY
Getting started with the proposal & design of handles and suitable structure for perfect functionality. We can not only think about an attractive design, but also the function and capabilities of our technology are very important to us. We continue with production of moulds and jigs for blacksmith's shop and for CNC machines. When designing a suitable shape we must think about the possibilities for robotic and manual work, not all shapes can be perfectly worked and polished. And when we have the perfect surface of the product we begin with the next phase - surface finishes that have many difficulties and their specific parameters. Even though we have the latest technology of galvanic plating there are many aspects and technological limits, which we have to count on. And if we can do this, we can introduce to customers innovative, high quality products of Czech manufacture with our brand M&T.
