Italian designers Marrone + Mesubim are breaking boundaries with their new culinary counter systems that bring professional kitchen design to residential interiors. An alchemic fusion of function and form, Marrone + Mesubim are setting the scene for the future of home-cooking, where precision, power and perfection come together as one. Marrone + Mesubim first made their mark in the Autumn of 2019 with the launch of the much acclaimed C3 culinary counter system. A super-sleek professional kitchen unit measuring 3metres encompassing all the essential tools needed by a serious cook or professional chef. The C3 was rolled out to journalists and architects in October with a soft launch at the Aman Hotel. Here, in the private dining room, chef Dario Ossa demonstrated the C3’s dynamic approach to the cooking process. The C3 culinary system strips back the steps of food preparation into the simple definitive actions of Wash-Cut-Cook. During 2019 and early 2020 the C3 culinary counter system by Marrone + Mesubim was successfully showcased globally at exclusive gourmet events in Paris, Milan, Venice and Toronto. In response to interest and demand from architects, specifiers, property developers, interior designers and chefs around the world, Marrone + Mesubim are now in the final stages of developing the C2 a further refined, compact sibling to the C3.
