MORE ABOUT SCIC
From 1948, SCIC goes into the heart of Italian houses with its kitchens with a modern and avant-gard design. In 1963 Renzo Fornari decides to transform the family-run business to a factory that produce elegant kitchens and technologically advanced. This leads to SCIC, acronym of Super Cucine Italiane Componibili (meaning Super Fitted Italian Kitchen), customized writing of “chic” French word but of universal use. Franco Maria Ricci, rookie graphic designer, interprets the fitting idea by building in nr. 6 equilateral triangles till to compose an hexagon which is also a flower’s geometry. That brand still is the symbol of SCIC.
