MORE ABOUT STILNOVO
Stilnovo was founded in Milan in 1946 by Bruno Gatta. Since the years of reconstruction and the economic boom, it has proved to be a concrete company and, at the same time, a forge of ideas that the historic ""Domus"" magazine identifies as a reference point in the design scene, thanks to a memorable lamps production designed by the best Italian designers: from the Castiglioni brothers to Joe Colombo, from Gae Aulenti to Ettore Sottsass, up to Cini Boeri, De Pas D'Urbino Lomazzi, Danilo and Corrado Aroldi and Antonio Macchi Cassia, just to name a few.
After decades of success, confirmed by the many lamps exhibited in the most important design museums in the world, Stilnovo interrupts its path at the end of the 1980s, to restart it over thirty years later - in 2019 - thanks to the acquisition by Linea Light Group: a new opportunity to continue a glorious history that began more than 70 years ago, thanks to the re-edition of historical pieces and the involvement of new designers to develop new “lighting fixtures”.
