MORE ABOUT TEEBOOKS
TEEbooks
TEEbooks is a trademark designed and submitted by the italian architect and desinger Mauro Canfori, in Nice in 2009. At TEEbooks, we specialise in the manufacture of contemporary furniture in steel and aluminium sheet, with industrial equipment that provides excellent guarantees of quality control procedures and careful finishing of our shelving.
We also offer tailor-made projects upon request.
“A simple design that goes unnoticed”
The tee, in golfing terms, is the “T” shaped peg that is inserted into the ground on which you place the ball to start a new round. You position it so that it is almost invisible. Its importance is fundamental, but only as a support for the ball, to better “strike the ball”. The TEEbooks shelves have been designed according to the same principle; a shelf for books and objects, that are both simple and discret.
As soon as you have finished organising your books, the shelf becomes invisible and attention is drawn to your books and other objects. It is these objects that dress the wall.
The production
The manufacturing is carried out by an Italian company that has been a partner of TEEbooks for ten years, with state-of-the-art industrial equipment and extensive experience in the manufacturing of contemporary furniture. Their job is to cut the metal, shape it and paint it. Certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, the manufacturer provides excellent guarantees in terms of quality control procedures and achieves careful finishes.
