With offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen and Oslo, AART architects is a dedicated Nordic architectural firm.
For over 15 years, we have designed a wide range of architectural projects, from buildings to public spaces and large scale urban planning. All projects are driven by the desire to open up new opportunities for people, businesses and society in general.
In close dialogue with clients and collaborators, we create architecture that inspires, moves boundaries and provides opportunities. These opportunities promote better lives and give companies the perfect setting for sharing knowledge, help educational institutions engage children and enable cultural institutions to create captivating experiences.
Therefore, we approach every task with curiosity and responsiveness. After obtaining a deep understanding of the context, we put our creative talents to work as we explore the opportunities the task holds. Based on this exploration, we develop contemporary Nordic architecture that grows out of the task’s different demands and interests, always with a focus on maximizing value for all stakeholders.
Over the years, we have completed many prestigious, award-winning projects in the residential, educational, cultural, health and commercial sectors. One of our latest projects is the Waterfront in Stavanger, which World Architecture News praised as the world's best residential development in 2014. Our other projects include the Culture Yard in Elsinore, Musholm in Korsør, the Warehouses in Aarhus and several of the largest hospitals in the Nordic countries.
