Second Prize “La Arquitectuira y el Ladrillo” in the XII Biennial of Architecture in Buenos Aires 2009 (XII BA09) organized by CAYC for “Brick’s House”
First prize Single house isolated in the Biennial 2007 organized by CAPBA for “Concrete House”, also distinguished with the third honorific mention in the Biennial Pan of Architecture in Quito 2008 (XVI BAQ).
First Prize Single House Isolated in the Biennial of Architecture 2007 organized by CAPBA, for “Concrete House”.
Their work “Mar Azul House” was worthy Grand Prize of the Biennial CPAU/SCA 2006 organized by the Professional Agency of Architecture and Urbanism of Buenos Aires City and the Central Society of Architects.The Sacriste Prize of Biennial CAPBA 2005 and the First Prize of Young Architecture of Alucobond 2005.
They also were worthy 2º Prize of National Preliminary Competition for Plaza de Mayo’s remediation in December 2006

Their Work has been publicized in many articles in the country and abroad.
BAK study has been invited to XIV International Congress of Architecture in Monterrey 2009 and to the Biennial of Brasilia 2006.
The three of them have experience as architecture’s lectures, so each new work results an opportunity to make the entailment between theory and production as a way of overcoming work.
María Victoria Besonias has born on 18 of October in 1947 in Madrid, Spain.
She reached a Degree in the Architecture and Urbanism Faculty of UBA in 1975, is a lecture in FADU, UBA and a member of the Juries Panel of FADEA (Federación Argentina de Entidades de Arquitectura). She has been invited as speaker to the XIV International Congress of Architecture in Monterrey 2009. She has been advices in urbanism issues and in architecture competitions. She participated as a lecturer invited in the Biennial of Brasilia 2006.
Guillermo de Almeida has born on 12 of November in 1945 in Buenos Aires. He reached a degree in the Architecture and Urbanism Faculty of UBA (University of Buenos Aires) in 1975. He has been teacher in UBA and lecture in the University of Morón (UM) in the architecture area. He has been member of The Top Council of Architecture College of Buenos Aires and is nowadays member of The Juries Panel of the same Institution. He participated as a lecturer invited in the Biennial of Brasilia 2006.
The two of them practicing the profession in their independent study since 1975 and being associated with the architect Luciano Kruk since 2000.
Luciano Kruk has born on 20 of July in 1974, in Buenos Aires. He reached a degree in the Architecture and Urbanism Faculty of UBA in 2000. He is an architecture teacher of UBA and a member of The Juries Panel of The Architects College of Buenos Aires. He practices the profession as architect in BAKarquitectos since 2000.
