Karin Frei Rappenecker is a Zurich-based art and architecture historian.
As a curator and art mediator, she has worked in the USA, South Africa and Europe.
She is co-founder of Zurich’s ‘Art Agency’ and develops art projects in dialogue with architecture and/or public space, operating at the interface between art and corporate culture, art and architecture and/or public space. Karin Frei Rappenecker has also led a research project on the effect of art in public space, as well as heading up projects for numerous art competitions and projects for architects, companies, public authorities, and the Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia.
