All our buildings are produced to the very highest standards and delivered whole and complete directly to your site. Every Koto tiny home has been crafted with the utmost respect for both our environment and the people we work with.

We believe in both the ethos of Scandinavian design and in their way of living. Taking quality time in nature with friends and family is one of life’s great luxuries. We founded Koto to create the opportunity to escape to nature in the comfort of a small and beautiful building.

Working with you, we will tailor your project to reflect your own personal style. From the site concept, cabin layout, material choices, interior design right through to landscaping and the finishing touches.
From dream to reality
As soon as we have your final designs confirmed and planning granted (if required) we can deliver your dream micro home within 12 weeks. Our delivery times are subject to our production capacity and site location. We will offer a detailed time plan prior to your order.

Johnathon and Zoë have spent the past decade living in Norway where their love for the natural elements and Scandinavian design began.
