Murano Due is a renowned company linked to Murano’s ancient glassmaking traditions. The company skilfully elaborates the original secrets of this craft in order to constantly propose new project themes. Our company’s dynamism derives from the synergy that animates the company personnel, an in-depth understanding of the materials used - foremost of which is glass - and the methodological ability of combining form with function with a production organisation that guarantees a quality product.

In 1997 the Murano Due, now brand division of Firme di Vetro S.p.a., obtained the Quality Management System certifi cation, in conformity with the requisites of UNI EN ISO 9001 ED. 1994 norms. In 2002, Murano Due began adapting its Quality System and in April 2003 obtained the certifi cation in conformity with UNI EN ISO 9001 ED. 2000 norms. This certifi cation attests that our corporate processes and their interactions are always carried out according to strict measures in order to guarantee the quality of the products, the service and customer satisfaction, considering them the prime objectives of the activities carried out. Recently we reached the important target of implementing the ENEC (European Norms Electrical Certifi cation) that attests the conformity of the lighting fi xtures with the European norms, and which includes the safety markings of 25 European countries. Murano Due can now in fact boast that a great part of its products bear this important guarantee, which we shall continue to extend to other products throughout this year.
