Profile
Founded in 2013 by two Quebec-based architects, PARKA is an architecture and design practice who is combining its savoir-faire and aesthetic sensitivity with a collaborative approach. Exchanging ideas and cooperation being key elements for the practice who rightly values the human dimension of each project; meeting the client’s needs and aspirations is the starting point of every design process.
Interested in designing well thought of spaces and sustainable architecture, PARKA’s projects focus on optimizing the user’s experience while minimizing the negative effects on the environment. Passionate about visual identity, our firm is always enthused to help a client develop a brand design. Composed of a multidisciplinary team of qualified and dynamic architects and technicians, the practice is always on the lookout for innovation and new solutions because we are highly motivated by creativity, in all its forms. PARKA makes the most of each project’s creative potential, whether it is architecture, signage, brand design or industrial design.
Geneviève Guimont
Geneviève Guimont, LEED certified architect and co-founder of the firm, is passionate about architectural design and various cultural fields. Her experience as a project manager has made her familiar with the ins and outs of project and team management. Her great concern for the respect of the client’s objectives has led her to develop good communication skills. So as to establish a solid foundation for each project, Geneviève will invest the necessary energy from the start and will remain closely involved throughout the execution and construction stages.
