Notable and recently completed projects include 432 Park Avenue, the tallest residential tower in the Western Hemisphere and the best-selling New York City building of all time. The firm’s current residential projects include NEMA Chicago; 125 Greenwich Street, 277 Fifth Avenue, Three Waterline Square, and 1185 Broadway in New York City; The Hills at Vallco in Stanford, CA; Marble Arch Place in London; VESTA in Manchester, U.K.; and Cipriani in Punta del Este, Uruguay.
