Based near London Bridge,ReardonSmith employs some 50 architects and technicians, and is led by its founding partners as well as by a senior team of talented individuals, all of who have distinguished careers in hotel design. Current and recent projects include: master planning and subsequent phases of Porto Montenegro; a total of six new hotels in Azerbaijan amongst which are the Four Seasons and JW Marriott Absheron in Baku; and a new luxury hotel in Astana, capital of Kazakhstan. London projects include: The Beaumont; The Lanesborough; The Savoy; Four Seasons London; InterContinental London Park Lane; 50 St. James’s and several boutique projects for Cadogan Estates.

ReardonSmith Landscape is the dedicated landscape design division established by ReardonSmith Architects in 2013. The team’s comprehensive services include the seamless integration of architecture and landscape master plans from project outset, concept development, detailed designs and on-site realisation. Led by award-winning landscape architect and urban designer Ed Freeman, ReardonSmith Landscape is committed to innovation, partnership and enhancing the environment.
Current landscape projects include: a new luxury hotel in Astana, Kazakhstan; Jasper Hotel Abuja, Nigeria; Cap d’Ail Marina, Monaco; and a master plan for the financial district of Kuala Lumpur. Prior to the formation of ReardonSmith Landscape, Ed also worked with ReardonSmith on several earlier phases of Porto Montenegro as well as the Four Seasons Baku in Azerbaijan.
