RLP Rüdiger Lainer + Partner

The studio RLP Rüdiger Lainer + Partner finds solutions for construction tasks in many fields of architecture. The spectrum ranges from the renovation of old buildings on office buildings to high-rise buildings. Most of the realized buildings became due to its open structure and concise forms very quickly part of daily urban life.

Since its inception in 1985, the architectural studio was able to realize more than 30 buildings. Located in Vienna the ZT-sole proprietorship was transformed 2005 into a Architekten ZT GmbH. Numerous prizes characterize the international recognition of RLP Rüdiger Lainer + Partner. Under the leadership of Arch. Univ. DI Prof. Rüdiger Lainer and DI Arch DI Oliver Sterl the studio developed an architecture with added value - for the client and the users.

The design process of RLP begins with the optimization of urban structures and merges into a dialog between structural and sculptural forms. The aim is to transfer these organizational chart into three dimensions. The objective attitude towards the fulfillment of construction tasks encounters the joy of sensitive sensuality of materials, so that the message of the architecture can generate a constructive value.

Added value in this context means: more light, more views, more perceptible clearance in compliance with the parameters of efficiency and sustainability in the economic and aesthetic sense. Added value also means pooling their skills. The team of RLP Rüdiger Lainer + Partner is constantly proving his skills in the core areas of urban planning and architecture. At the same time, it is also in the field of construction management (general planning, project management, etc.) successfully.
