Profile
Founded in 2012, São Paulo Arquitetura is an association of two young offices and active architects graduated from the Mackenzie School of Architecture and Urbanism. Both – Miguel Muralha and Yuri Vital - have portfolio with several projects at different scales and uses, resulting in an exchange of experiences and facilitating coping for new projects.
The firm is distinguished by addressing projects in various programs in the most diverse architectural typologies. Working in partnership with engineering and consulting companies, which gives a broad, multidisciplinary view of the issues involved. The offices received national and international awards, the most important are: New Practices in 2011, USA - The American Institute of Architects New York (Production), Ibero American in 2010, Colombia - (Box House) and The Architectural Association of London (Adaptable Architecture Gallery on the River Thames, 2008, England).
Participation in several relevant in the architecture scene is a constant practice of office events, such as International Biennial of Architecture, awards at the Brazil’s Institute of Architects, lectures at universities and public procurement.
