Schédio Spaces (aptly named after the Greek word “Design”) is a fully incorporated Design + Build firm located in Vancouver. Jenalee, CEO and Head of Design, is responsible for leading both the business and the creative vision of the company. Christopher, COO and Head of Build, is responsible for the physical execution of the design vision. Our core values are kindness, lightheartedness, and respect. Respect for our team, respect for our clients, and respect for the projects we have the honour to be a part of. We strive for excellence in everything we do, which means focusing on details with a high level of accountability across all roles and departments. Anyone can do a shitty job and we aren’t interested in being just anyone, we are Schédio Spaces and if we take something on, we complete it to the highest standard, every time.

Schédio’s tagline “creating spaces as unique as you are” is really the driving sentiment behind what we do. We’re not just building spaces for people to occupy or run their business from. What we do impacts how people interact with their environment and ultimately how they see the world. No two clients are the same and thus no two spaces will ever be the same. Everyone has their own unique desires, aesthetic preferences and functional requirements that will enable them to live their lives (or operate their businesses) in the most enjoyable way possible. What we do is investigate what that is, design spaces to enhance and elevate the clients’ needs and wishes, then execute the entirety of the build in a way that maintains both impeccable quality and efficient timelines.
