Charles Tashima
Profile
Studio Tashima Ltd (formerly Charles Tashima Architecture) is a London based studio of architects and designers with a reputation built on the adaptation of existing buildings, materials and structures to meet new requirements and uses at a range of scales. A passion for space, light and materials reflects our understanding of architecture’s profound capacity to affect our experience in all that we do – how we live, work, learn and play.
We see every project as unique, each requiring its own particular set of responses. We are proud of our talented team’s ability to work creatively within limitations, including budget restrictions, client requirements and site conditions. We are great listeners and communicators, dedicated to the development of creative design solutions with high value return. As an ambitious studio, we welcome all scales of project – from single room, building extension, full refurbishment, new build and open spaces, whether private-residential, commercial, educational, public or cultural.
