Tao Design creates high-end interior and exterior technical blinds. The textile collections are the results of continuous research by in-house and independent designers on quality fabrics for performance and aesthetics, an area in which Tao Design excels. The most of its collections are made in Italy exclusively for Tao Design. Even the materials used for the mechanisms are high quality and environmentally reliable throughout the product’s life cycle: aluminium, carbon and stainless steel. In our cutting-edge facility fitted out with numerically controlled machinery, Tao Design produces systems by exploiting hi-tech processes, such as laser cutting the fabrics using a pantographic system and treating metals used for the blinds’ structural mechanisms. The company is certified UNI EN ISO 9001. In Tao, different figures work at the artisanal level to ensure the authentic quality of every single detail, achievable only with manual work. This painstaking attention is also found in the custom design of window treatments, quality control and in an exclusive service: the inspection of each blind, which is assembled and tested before it is allowed to leave the factory.
