Casablanca writing desk

Baldessari e Baldessari created for Adele-C Casablanca, a sofa with the back emptied of the filling.
The innovative weaving of the back, made of stripes of multi-colored laser-cut material in variable widths, produces an intriguing perspective effect. The padded seat is in the main solid color as is the optional small cushion that serves as armrest or lower-back support. Also available for more traditional and formal selections is a version entirely upholstered in cotton velvet of two contrasting colors. The newly designed collection consists of a sofa and a desk/console, and is open to additional and further extensions or developments.

Sofa:
Steel structure painted iron grey. Seat cushion stuffed of differentiated foam polyurethane with removable cover. The backrest is covered by fabrics laser cutted intersected in two different colours combination or by whole fabric from our samples.
Console table / writing desk:
Steel structure painted iron grey. Desk top made of steel sheet in the same color in peach finish.
