Composition
signi® composite material is formed by two sheets of aluminium bonded by a thermoplastic resin core (polyethylene) or (Mineral FR). The advanced production process grants an extraordinary adherence, having double of the recommended parameters for ACM. It can easily be machined and transformed, drilled, curved, etc, without osing mechanic properties. Due to different final uses of the product, Alucoil® offers the possibility of supply in different thicknesses (2, 3 and 4 mm) as well as producing with different thickness in the aluminium sheet.

The panel
signi® panel has been developed to attend the growing demand in the fields of corporate identity, signage, displays, interiors, furniture, false ceilings and other. Along with the excellent flatness of Alucoil's composites, we find the great possibilities of transforming and installing this product. The possibility to choose between different thicknesses of aluminium sheets as well as the total thickness of the whole composite allow to obtain the different types of signi® variations such as 202, 203, 302, 303 and 402, 403.
