Stijl

Coffee tables from Arketipo, Designed by Giuseppe Viganò

Product description

Sometimes the simple ideas can be the most aesthetically difficult to implement.
A coffee table is nothing more than a top with four legs, yet Stijl manages to break the ordinary with an ode to some great geometric artists: from Bryce Hudson to Josef Albers, their contribution is immediately noticeable. The linear forms strike and penetrate through each material used, crystal, concrete and wood, giving consistency and fluidity to the design ; together they create something exceptional.
The final touch is the square section metal legs, lines that intersect and fall vertically.

Concept

Linearity and rigour are the essence of Stijl tables, characterized by a strong visual impact and by the particular geometry of rectangles of different dimensions. The use of neutral colours and of different materials, such as crystal, cement and wood make them extremely versatile. The square metal legs, brown, brass or titanium stained, are also integrated in the top.
