Console table: zebrano or eucalyptus wood, top in various types of marble from the Arketipo collection (Flamingo quartz, Slate grey, Arabesque grey, Niveo white, Tangerine onyx, Moon grey), elements in Magnesio textured metal in a silvery-grey tone. Harry S. Truman became president of the United States at the end of World War II. Controversial during his tenure, soon after his death he was celebrated throughout the political spectrum as a model of bold and confident leadership. As he himself said: "Men make history, and not vice versa". Made with refined zebrano or eucalyptus woods, the Truman console is the true embodiment of audacity. The irregular finishes of the marbles of the top produce a strong visual impact at first glance and its unique design seems to challenge the status quo. At the same time, its vertical metal elements – the real hallmark of the entire collection– they give it a cool and self-confident tone. The metal dividers are worked with rough surfaces, using special artisan treatments, heirs of ancestral wisdom, to obtain an extraordinary effect. The Truman console by Arketipo, designed by the prestigious designer Mauro Lipparini, is characterised by its spectacular marble top, available in up to six finishes; the console table frame is available in zebrano or eucalyptus wood.
