Concept
Fratino (monk’s table) is the first contemporary
interpretation of the typology of table by the
same name. The base is created by two cast
aluminium pediments spanned by an aluminium
beam. The glass top allows for maximum
visibility of the extremely fluid transition between
the elements, while the wooden top is more
classical. Fratino hides a surprise: the base
can be turned upside-down and used with the
central beam in a high position. The result is
a new form, different but just as harmonious
and original.
