Girafa bastool designed by Lina Bo Bardi, Marcelo Ferraz & Marcelo Suzuki is a barstool inspired by the furniture of Alvar Aalto and the Paimio sanatorium built in the 1930s in Finland. The first piece in this series called Giraffe, was a chair, which later evolved into a stool, a bar stool and an embroiderer (seat for embroiderers). Girafa collection is made is solid Brazilian wood, Tawari. The barstool features a solid wood backrest and footrest.
