Cluster Stool

Stools from BassamFellows, Designed by Craig Bassam

Product description

The Cluster Stool was originally conceived as a key seating component for a commercial client’s 32,000 ft2 flagship hospitality space in the Meatpacking District of Manhattan. It belongs to a long tradition of Modernist stools, designed to withstand constant use, offering maximum functionality. We wanted to create something with visual weight and density, but which could also stack neatly when not in use. Grouped in this way, the sculptural elements of the tapered legs and the curve in each seat panel of the Cluster come to the fore, creating an incidental installation.
