Lounger

Jaime Hayon has quickly become the most suggestive character of the new Spanish design scene. In his meteoric international success, BD’s Showtime collection, developed and introduced in 2006, has shone especially. A collection of great personality for the home and the contract, that was completed the following year with a family of chairs. In the wake of its success, BD introduced in 2009 a new piece in this collection: the Lounger. It has the elegance of the collection, the comfort that is required for this type of chair and Hayon’s unmistakable stamp in its design: contrasts between classicism and modernity, monocolor finishes and high quality upholstered in fabric or leather.

2014, with the same elegance and comfort that is required for this type of chair, BD launches the Low Lounger. A version with a lower backrest, specially developed for the contract market and with the Hayon’s unmistakable stamp.

Lounger description:
Structure in painted tubular steel with micro-textured finish monocolour or black. Seat, back and footstool in varnished walnut plywood, stained black or lacquered. Metal upholstery buttons in the same finish as the structure. Arms, seat back and footstool upholstered in BD fabrics and leathers.

Low Lounger description:

Swivel - Swivel legs in cast aluminum. Shell of the seat and back rest in varnished or nature effect walnut, or coloured ash. Metal upholstery buttons in the same finish as the structure. Armrests, seat back and footstool upholstered in BD fabrics and leathers.
