Despite its lightness, the structure is balanced and robust. The slender legs and spacious amount of foot room ensure that sitting at it is comfortable. The fitted trim makes it easy to produce as an extending table that stays ‘in shape’ at all times. Original benches and highboards respond to the individual vocabulary of the frames and can either be combined to create a coherent ensemble or can stand alone.
