Tide drawers

Tide reflects the style of its designer, Karim Rashid, who worked with various movements and dynamics in this project. The horizontal development of the front, made of evenly-spaced, thin sheets of MDF, confers a gentle and sculptured aspect to the whole. In addition to its remarkable design, Tide appears as a capacious and functional cupboard, with two drawers and a flap front for the living room, or with two drawers and two deep drawers for the bedroom.

Structure, flap door and drawer fronts made from particleboard, melamine-coated and lacquered. Thickness of structure and fixed horizontal divider: 18 mm, fixed vertical divider: 36 mm, back panel: 10 mm. Ripple-effect on door and drawer fronts made from lacquered MDF, 10 mm thick. Flap door: hinges with double cross-shaped base and height adjustment by means of eccentric continuous wind screws, and gas piston with controlled opening. Drawers and baskets with fully removable self-locking slide runners and sides made from anodized aluminium. PVC or felt bumpers. Painted ABS adjustable feet with aluminium finish. Base, height 16 cm or 32 cm, made from powder-coated iron.
