The line “Entrelinhas” was created by Jose Marton, creative director of Marton + Marton, in 2000. The idea arose during an electrical shortage, in order to disguise the infamously ecologically friendly light bulbs.
Moving between art, fashion, design and architecture which he created, through one technique he patented, a conceptual line of design using striped acrylic. The products, lights, tables, screens and sideboards are manufactured from exclusive designs, with colourful stripes that are never repeated, and are sent to be printed on textile, in limited and signed drawings, then almost becoming exclusive objects of desire.
This material allows a variety of uses and in some objects it makes an illusion show, combining with the structure and the form of environment in which it is placed (either residential or commercial), and a striped light shade, when lit is transformed into a check one, giving the illusion of check fabric. Even a mere sideboard when lit up becomes a lamp shade. In this way, "Entrelinhas" represents a synthesis of the diverse segments in which Marton works.

With this objective we are working in partnership with Marton + Marton, which developed the well received "Entrelinhas" collection, creating striped effects from the exclusive design, and are sent to be printed on textile in limited and signed drawings. This project united creativity and innovation from Marton & Marton with the technology of Componenti revitalising the collection " Entrelinhas".
