Concept
Marco Ferreri is architect and designer. He has been living and working in Milan since 1984 and, as well as working in industrial design, he is also engaged in architecture, graphics and installations. He has held lectures at universities in Italy and abroad. He teaches at the Accademia di Brera in Milan and is contract professor at the Politecnico of Milan. Series of hand-forged iron implements for the fireplace. Made in a workshop of yesteryear using a five-hundred-year-old water-driven hammer. Each implement is obtained from recycled iron, and cut and refashioned old rail tracks: unique pieces that express matter, energy and strength.
