Concept

Atmospheric celestial bodies

– bisqued fire stars of porcelain in the trou-typical cylinder shape: the large-scale version of the trou-series with their cloud-like, lively translucence are reminiscent of planets weightlessly circulating in space and time.

The object character of the models, which are moulded in a sophisticated procedure, is emphasised by the series’ plain constructive elements. Hence the cylinders of the floor lamps rest on a anthracite-coloured rod and an equally coloured base. The pendant lamps seem to float below the ceiling by being attached to a dark fabric-coated cable, which adds contrast to the effect of the installation.
