The Nebula collection is drawn out of the interstellar clouds of dust and gas in space - regions where stars begin to form. Made of a woven natural fiber from the banana tree, which is then manipulated and sculpted until it reaches its voluminous shape reminiscent of spiral nebulae. This award-winning design debuted at Salone Satellite in Milan in 2019 and is currently in stock and available in natural color, silver, or in these newly debuted hand-painted colors as seen in the photos. Custom sizing is available. Costantini is thrilled to announce US representation of Italian-based STUDIO MIREI. About Studio Mirei Mirei is a Milan-based multidisciplinary designer who started her career in her birth place, the Philippines. Working from her roots has exposed her to the world of traditional manufacturing and production of furniture, where everything is made by hand. This environment exposed her to the beautiful world of artisan crafts, but then gave her the yearning to explore state-of-the-art techniques that come from the western world. Graduating from Politecnico di Milano in 2017 with a degree in Design and Engineering has given her more experience in the technical point of view. Her work spans product design, interior design, creative consultancy and art direction. Dimensions:
