Concept
The different shapes, colours and materials of Salinas de Maras come together like in a landscape. The inspiration for the designs came from the ‘Salinas de Maras’, the terraced salt-evaporating ponds in the Peruvian Andes, created by the Incas more than 700 years ago.
Salinas de Maras is available in three different designs (square, rectangular and stripes) and in three colour combinations: ash gold, salty white and black sapphire. In addition to the standard 2 x 2 and 2 x 3 metre sizes, you can increase the rug dimensions linearly.
