Concept

You think freak of nature, or industrial reject, or east-meets-west when you see ‘her’ for the first time: this ‘grandma goes pure’-version of an old-fashioned shad has it all: humour, romance, mysticism, femininity, desert connotations, boudoir allure, Dutch authenticity, … an endless list. The ‘Franje’ has a height of 1.9 m and is available in white and black; the stand is the same colour as the shade. ‘Franje’ is also available as wall light and table light
