Concept

A contemporary jacquard with a lively geometric design which evokes heterogeneous traditions, such as the Florentine flammé stitch or the East Asian ikat designs. Equally refined from a technical point of view, it uses a complex work of wefts: 120 per centimetre. The 145 cm repeat requires the use of special jacquard looms. The particularly personal interpretation of a textile art archetype also reinterprets the typical direction of this design, by creating a horizontal wave instead of a vertical one.
