DO4200 Cabinet system

The DO4200 storage series is developed for Deloitte’s domicile in Copenhagen. The cabinet series is dedicated to storage of ring binders and suspension files in A4 and folio sizes and case journals used by solicitors. The series has been tested and approved at the Danish Technological Institute in accordance with EN 1735.

The cabinet body is produced in 20 mm MDF. The doors are fitted on external hinges and sit on the outside of the body. The doors open at a 180-degree angle. The rabbet is part of the cabinet body.
The cabinets can be mounted on the wall, on wheels or on a base. Suspension fittings for walls can be adjusted horizontally and vertically from inside the cabinet.
The shelf supports are constructed so they will pull together the body at maximum weight on shelves.
At 40 kg weight on the shelves through 6 months we have registered a minor curving of the shelf of 2 mm.
The series is constructed with a view to placing a top on the cabinet (16 mm). The tops are produced in full lengths, i.e. three filing cabinets are fitted with a top of 2400x370x16 mm. The cabinet tops are made in a painted finish as standard, but can be optionally supplied in other finishes.
